Specs¶
Frozen feature designs at build time. Each spec is the agreed-on shape of a feature when implementation began. They are not updated after — if the design changes, write a new spec or an ADR capturing the change.
Conventions¶
- Dated filenames:
2026-04-25-aggregator-design.md - The date is the day the spec was frozen, not the day it was first drafted
- Once a spec is referenced by a merged PR, it's frozen
